Antidepressants usually come in one of two forms: selective serotonin reuptake inhibitors (SSRIs) and serotonin and noradrenaline reuptake inhibitors (SNRIs). So that's all I know.

Personally, I only use light alcohol as an antidepressant. It seems to me that it is better than using drugs that are addictive.
